Friday July 2nd.1915.
Board met in special session at 7:30 P.M. All members present.
A Com mittee of the Common Council°also met with the Board.
Proposition was submitted to the representatives of the Companies present
the Postal Telegraph Company and the Central Union Telephone Company to go underground in
the underground proper this season. On the diverging aveme to all go on one pole line
telephone wires to go in cables and poles to be painted and to be placed at the direction
of the Board of Public Works. The representatives of the various companies informed the
Committee of the Common Council then in,,,se-sbion that they would take the proposition up
with their respective companies and report back to the Committee of the Common Council
and the Board on'the •16th. day of July,1915 at 7:45 P.M.
