David Varner 6:00 D.m. on Monday, November 21, 2011, in the Council's Informal Meeting
Fifth District Room, 4 n Floor, County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana,
Oliver J. Davis The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-
Sixth. District 6.1(b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or
litigation which has been threatened in writing.
