Flat Roof
Remove existing Pressure Sensitive on EPDM Rubber roof 500 lineal feet of seam.
Clean and reinstall new Pressure Sensitive with HP 250 Primer.
Make all necessary targets to existing box corners with 0.60 Rubber - seam taped in all
necessary corners.
Make 15 targets on roof. All targets are existing patches on roof.
Remove rock in areas to install targets.
After installation of targets, rock will be put back.
Clean all drains for proper water drainage.
Caulk seams on Copper Coping on front of building with Geossel 2300 Clear.
Check all other laps to verify intact. If not intact, will make all necessary repairs.
Total Job Cost = $3,985.00
