The attached proposal from Aerovision Aerial Photography is to provide updated digital aerial
photography for five project areas in the City that have seen extensive redevelopment work in the
past year. The five sites are Ignition Park, Oliver Industrial Park, Kroc Center, LaSalle Square and
Coveleski Park. The City has built a photo archive for many of these multi -year projects and can
use the photos to track progress as well as have updated images for meetings and presentations.
The proposal is in the amount of $900.00 and staff requests approval of this proposal.

Dear Mr. Schalliol:
In accordance with your request of October 17, 2011 1 propose to provide aerial
photography of the above captioned locations to be delivered on CD ROM. I will
provide 10 to 15 images of each location from various angles.
My fee for this work will be $900 payable within 30 days receipt of the photographs.
Should you have any questions or need additional information concerning this
proposal, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking forward to serving your
aerial photography requirements in this matter.
