The Commission shall pay bonuses to each non - bargaining employee in the amount set
forth in the table listed above as more particularly listed under the category
entitled "1993 Bonus ". One -half (34) of the listed amount in the table shall be paid
on the second pay period in January of 1993, with the remaining one -half (%) amount
being paid in the first pay period of July 1993. All bonuses shall be paid by
separate checks and shall have normal withholding deducted therefrom.
WAdopted at the annual organizational meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission held on January 4, 1993, at the office of the Commission, 1200 County -City
Building, 227 W. Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
