Dear Ms. Pfeifer: Attached is a substitute ordinance relative to the 2005 transfer of funds for the City of South Bend. Four funds have been updated to accurately reflect the necessary transfers to cover expenditures for the year in these funds. The four funds that have been updated are the General Fund (Mayor), Motor Vehicle Highway, Liability Insurance and COIT. All updates have been balanced within fund.
