A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1240
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 1240, adopted March 31, 1994 by the South
Bend Redevelopment Commission, authorized the purchase of certain real estate
owned by Lawrence & Margaret A. Widman, as identified below, for the total sum
of $40,450.00; and whereas this amount was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission that Resolution 1240 shall be and hereby is amended to authorize the
purchase of the real estate identified below at the total sum identified below.
