A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
DETERMINING TO APPROPRIATE $180,500 FROM FUND 619 TO
FUND CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has
determined that it is necessary to appropriate $180,500 from Fund
619 to fund the construction of additional golf cart paths at the
Blackthorn Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has
determined that there are sufficient revenues from the operation of
Blackthorn Golf Course within Fund 619 for such purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following sum is hereby appropriated and ordered set
apart from and within Fund 619 of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission:
ACCOUNT NO. DESCRIPTION AMOUNT
619.1065.460.50 -02 Blackthorn Golf Course Fund $180,500
2. A hearing on the appropriation of funds herein described
is set for December 6, 1996, at 10:00 a.m., 1308 County -City
Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, IN 46601.
3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission held November 1, 1996, at 10:00 a.m., 1308 County -City
Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, IN 46601.
