it A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1488
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 1488 adopted January 17, 1997 by the South
Bend Redevelopment Commission, authorized the purchase of certain real estate
owned by Audrey L. Harris, as identified below, for the total sum of $25,500.00; and
whereas this amount was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission that Resolution 1488 shall be and hereby is amended to authorize the
purchase of the real estate identified below at the total sum identified below.
