Agenda: Bill No. 11-44 Special Exception— 1117-1119%z W.Washington
Chairperson Kirsits asked Council Attorney Kathy Cekanski-Farrand to read into the record a
letter from the petitioner asking this bill be withdrawn. Councilmember Oliver Davis so moved.
Councilmember LaFountain seconded. All agreed. Under miscellaneous Councilmember
Puzzello requested an overall zoning map of the City, Deb Martin was suggested as a provider of
this.
There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, Chairperson Kirsits
adjourned the meeting at 4:20 p.m.
