' �'�°` Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
2011
The August 8, 2011 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was
called to order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 6:31 p.m. in the Council's
Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included at the commencement of the meeting Council
Members Rouse, Kirsits, Varner, Puzzello, Dieter, and White; Mayor Stephen
Luecke, City Attorney Charles Leone, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council
Attorney, with Council Members Henry Davis, Jr. and Oliver Davis later joining
the Executive Session while it was in progress.
The Executive Session was called pursuant to the August 4, 2011, Notice of
Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to pending
litigation or litigation which has been threatened in writing pursuant to Indiana
Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B).
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the August 4, 2011 "Notice of Executive Session".
Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:58 p.m.
