RESOLUTION NO. 1998
RESOLUTION RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN
THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission [ "Commission "], in furtherance of the Airport Economic Development
Area Development Plan, to acquire unencumbered fee title to the real estate
identified on Attachment "A" in the Airport Economic Development Area in the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission, as follows:
The Executive Director is authorized and directed to cause a notice
and final offer in writing to be made to the owner(s) identified on
Attachment "A "at the respective concurred -on price, which final offer
shall include an invitation to discuss the acquisition of owner's
property with the Department of Redevelopment within thirty (30)
days from mailing.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held on September 5, 2003, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson
Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
