A. South Bend Central Development Area
(1) Resolution No. 2934 terminating a Contract for Sale of Land for Private
Development between Jeff Court, Inc. and the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission dated June 6, 2008, and a Development Agreement by and
between South Bend Redevelopment Commission and JeffCourt, Inc.
dated June 6, 2008.
(2) Resolution No. 2933 approving and authorizing the execution of an
Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement (Memorial Hospital
Streetscape Improvements Project, Bid Packages 3 & 4)
(3) Professional services agreement addendum with The Troyer Group for
Memorial Hospital area fagade improvements.
(4) Request to advertise for Parking Management Services
