RESOLUTION NO. 1951
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF
REAL PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission ["Commission "], in furtherance of the Airport Economic Development Area Development
Plan, to acquire unencumbered fee title to the real properties identified at Attachment "A" hereto
["Parcels'], which Parcels are located in the Airport Economic Development Area in the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission as
follows:
The Director is authorized, at his discretion, to cause a notice and written offer to be made to the owner(s)
of the Parcel, to purchase the Parcels, or a portion thereof, under the following conditions:
The offering price for parcel "A" shall be Seventy Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($74,750.00)
2. The offering price for parcel "B" shall be Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($70,500.00)
3. The offering price for parcel "C" shall be Two Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($228,000.00)
Adopted at the scheduled Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on February 21,
2003, at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
