RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CONSENTING TO TRANSFER OF LIQUOR PERMIT
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (hereafter "SBRC ") presently
holds Beer, Wine and Liquor Retailer's Permit Number RR7194234 -219 and Supplemental Sunday
Sales Permit Number RR7194234 -220 on behalf of the Blackthorn Golf Course, which permits were
first issued on September 21, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the SBRC has been advised by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission that it can
no longer hold such permit with the present membership composition of the Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of South Bend that the Blackthorn Golf
Course Alcoholic Beverage permits be transferred to the South Bend Redevelopment Authority,
which is also an appropriate City entity to hold such permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION that Alcoholic Beverage Permits Numbered RR7194234 -219 and RR7194234 -220
on behalf of Blackthorn Golf Course be transferred to the South Bend Redevelopment Authority,
and that the SBRC's consent to such transfer is subject to the approval of the Indiana Alcoholic
Beverage Commission and to surrender of these permits on completion of transfer.
