RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
6:3Q p.mF on Monday, August 8 2011, in the Council's Informal Meeting
Room, 4 Floor, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 -
6.1(b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or
litigation which has been threatened in writing.
