Development Agreement with Gameday Centers Southeastern, LLC and

(3) Commission approval requested to replace exhaust fans in the Leighton
garage, appointing the Board of Public Works as the Commission's agent
for quoting and overseeing the project in an amount not to exceed $40,000.
