RE: CENTURY CENTER ISLAND PARK PAVILION
REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Dear Jeff:
Our proposal dated June 18, 2010 and approved by the Redevelopment Commission on July 9, 2010,
outlined our Scope of Services for the Island Park Pavilion Project.
Subsequent to the Commission's approval, ADG, Inc. has been asked to expand the scope of our services
to include the design of the following:
1. Removable "wind screens" to be located at the corners of the new proposed permanent Pavilion
to be used as needed during various events to block prevailing breezes across the island.
2. Combination surface and sub -grade storm water collection and drainage system to be located
along the southern section of the perimeter east walls.
We respectfully request that an additional fee of five thousand five hundred dollars ($5,500) be authorized
for compensation to cover the additional services and all reimbursable expenses, and be added to our
previously approved Fee Proposal.
