The September 20, 2007 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
was called to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 5:07 p.m. in the
Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Pfeifer, Varner, Kuspa, Rouse,
and White; Mayor Stephen Luecke, Patrick McMahon and Kathleen Cekanski-
Farrand, Counci! Attorney.
Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called far the
purpose of interviewing with industrial or commercial prospects pursuant to
Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b){4) (copy attached).
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the September 18, 2007 "Notice of Executive Session"
which was duly posted and called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-
6.1{b)(2)(B), which addresses interviewing with industrial ar commercial
prospects pursuant to Indiana Code ~ 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b){4).
Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 5:35 p.m.
