The funds appropriated in this ordinance will aid in the defraying costs of programming within the designated Weed& Seed Site#2 -Northwest. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA,AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The sum of$157,000 is hereby appropriated within Fund 212 for use under the guidelines of the U.S.Department of Justice Weed& Seed Program. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and afte its passage by the Common Council and approval by the May . .
