Subject: Professional Services Agreement — The Troyer Group
Memorial Hospital Area Facade Improvements
Date: May 23, 2011
As part of the improvements in and around the Memorial Hospital campus, and to create a
unified look of the Memorial owned buildings, The Troyer Group was requested to submit a
proposal to study the Memorial Office Center, Nursing Education Building, and the Mar
Main Pharmacy buildings along the eastern side of Michigan Street, and the Skywalk
connecting the Hospital with the Office Center over Michigan Street. The Troyer Group will
design new facades for each of these structures for consideration by the Hospital and
Department.
The professional services agreement is currently being drafted, and will be sent in a
separate email. The cost of the agreement is to be $14,000.
Attached is a map of work currently being done in the Medical TIF, and work that will be
proposed in the near future.
Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement, in a not to exceed amount
of $14,000.
