The Board of Public Works met in an Executive Session on Thursday, May 12, 2011, at
9:35 a.m. The meeting was held in the office of the Director of Public Works, 13th Floor,
County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana, for the purpose of
discussing pending litigation as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). Board President
Gary A, Gilot and Board Members Donald E. Inks and Carl P. Littrell were present. Also
present were Attorneys Cheryl Greene and Larry Meteiver. Board members did not
discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice.
The meeting adjourned at 8:41 a.m.
