According to the agreement for management of the Redevelopment Retail properties, after the initial
term, the owner must provide CB Richard Ellis Bradley a one year Letter of Renewal.
The (1) one year renewal beginning February 1, 2011 and ending January 31, 2011 is subject to the
same terms as the initial agreement.

Notice is hereby given by the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission
(the "Owner ") to Robert Bradley Associates, LLC, d /b /a CB Richard Ellis Bradley, that
the Owner does, pursuant to that certain COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
AND LEASING AGREEMENT (the "Agreement "), made on the 1St day of February,
2009, elect to renew the Agreement for a period of one year, beginning on the 1St day of
February, 2011, and ending on the 31St day of January, 2012 (the "Renewal Period ").
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect through the end of the Renewal Period.
