NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
CITY OF SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 this serves as notice that the City of South Bend
Board of Public Works will hold an Executive Session on Thursday, May 12, 2011, at 9:30 a.m.
This meeting will be held in the offices of the Department of Public Works, 13th Floor,
County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana.
At the Executive Session, the Board of Public Works will discuss matters permitted by
Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
