POLICE DEPAR'IT+TENT: Chief Ingram y�as present and matters pertaining to his
department were discussed.
An application for appointment to the Police Department �vas received
from Ernest H. Hamilton, 1503 E. Fox St. , Tnis application ��as approved
� and ordered paid.
Bonds were received for the follo�ving Special Police Officers, to
be employed by the B�ndix Corporation.

to his department �vere discussed.
An application fcr appointment to the Fire Depart�ent �vas received
from Charles �"!. Tubbs, 1326 N. Adar.7s St. This applic�tion y�as ordered
filed.
George Kasa �f the Fire Department i�Tas granted t�ro vreeks vacation
t�rith pay, startin� October 16, 1941, after tirhich he is to be retired on
November lst, 1941, on pension.
On motion dulv made and seconded, the following resolution vras adopt-
,ed, that John Hadrick, Jr. 1724 i�emble Ave. , aged 31 years, be appointed
to the Fire Department, subject to passing the exatnination required by
the Police and Firements physician and by the physician appointed b� the
Firerlen±s Pension Board, and subject to a report being received by the
Board from these physicians within t�.ro �rreel�s.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting
ad3ourned at 12:10 P. T��7.
