Subject: Professional Services Agreement — Danch Harner, Assoc.
Data Realty site — ALTA and Topographic surveys, Minor Subdivision
Date: April 26, 2011
The attached Professional Services Agreement is a proposal from Danch, Harner &
Associates to do an ALTA and Topographic survey, and Minor Subdivision for a relocated
Data Realty site within Ignition Park.
These items will need to be completed as part of the land sale to Data Realty of this new
parcel within Ignition Park. After reviewing where best to locate within Ignition Park, it was
determined that a location west'of Transpo would be more appropriate than a site north of
Transpo.
This new location will place Data Realty near the electrical substation that will power the
Park, and also closer to Transpo for energy efficiency sharing.
The cost of the ALTA survey is $2,650 to $2,850. The cost of the Topographic survey is
$2,900 to $3,550, with additional costs if any revisions are requested. The cost of the Minor
Subdivision is $4,175.
Staff requests approval of the attached ALTA and Topographic survey, and Minor
Subdivision professional services agreements, in a not to exceed amount of $11,000.
