Subject: Request for Appraisals

The Redevelopment Commission is the owner of twelve (12) properties leased to the Housing
Development Corporation (HDC).
HDC decided to dissolve its rental program in 2009, and has sold the majority of their properties.
Redevelopment Commission is the owner of some of the remaining properties.
Appraisals are need as part of the disposition process; therefore, we are requesting to obtain two
appraisals for the following properties not to exceed $750.00 per property.
310,611, 613 and 701 E. South St.
609 and 620 Columbia
602 Carroll
618, 622 and 626 Lincolnway East
514 and 628 Rush St.
Staff is requesting approval.
