At the regular meeting of the Board of Public SVorks & Safety held on November 12, 1940, Earl Tdull, a member of the Fire Department appear- ed .in person before the Boarcl and by Joseph L�iller, his Attorney, in response to charges filed against him by Fire Chief Charles J. 'DeVleescho�v- er. Louis Lederer gave testimony, after vJnich P,ir. �,2iller moved that the char�es be dis- missed as there tivas no evidence to sustain the charges, yuhich motion �1as overruled, b�T the Board.
