Dri��;s and unanimous- � carried tha� t�re purcnase nine (9 ) rnobile transr�itters, to be delivered � -- o-r before December 31, .1939, and p�id for out oi the Othcr Equipment � ciget of the Police Depar��ent, t^r.ith an option to buy, six rnore units at ' I � ; he s�ane price in 1940. Driggs and seconded by T;ir. ���illiams, and unanirmo�as- ; ly carried, the Chief ��ras authorized to purchase, for ir.unediate del:Lvery, I one (1} R.C .A. station_ receiver, at the price of �140.00 delivered, com- � plete. - The Cr.ief also informed �he Board that it ti�ras necessary to �urchase I'� �. t�vo chanr.el monitor, to monitor ultra hioh and intermediate frequencies .
