✓ Chief Ingrari reported that he had suspended Officer Steve Paczesny ,
effective October 29, 1939, on the charge of incapacity. Chief In�ram. �,
tivas instructed to file formal char�es t�rith the Board, hearing on �vhich ',
vtas set for 9 :00 A.P�7. on T�Zonday, T�ove�ber 6, 1939 .
