Chief Kuespert and the Board discussed the traffic situation
an Jefferson Street betti�een ?.'ichi�an and ;*ain Streets, crhi ch
is bein� hampered by the construc �ion of the post o�'fice
buildin.� and by the tearin� up of the pavement. Chief Kuespert
stated that he v�ould handle this situation to the best of his
ability.

th is rnatter �vi th Fire Chief Knoblock,unanimously agreed to
re,Lieve �iarry L. Hinkle from his duties as Assistan� Fire
Ch:Lef a.nd demoted him to the rank of second class fireman.
