� on recommendation of Chie� Kuespert on aceount of numerous
complaints reeeived,by the Chief, for �olestin� citizens not ,
ti��ithin his jurisdiction. .

� The Board ordered a T'STOP" sign placed at ZaSall� �venue at
' the intersection of St. I,ouis Blvd.
i `�'he Board appointed Cli�ford Cripe , present Pound I.�aster, to
� also act as Humane Officer.
