Mayor's Letter Dear Friends &Neighbors, Morris Performing Arts Center Fall Schedule School is back in session(please drive safely!) and we are transitioning from Fall ReLeaf Alert summer to fall.As the leaves begin to change colors, we're reminded of the Domestic Violence Awareness Month magnificent urban forest in our city. South Bend has been named a Tree City USA Studebaker Cafe Open for Business for nine consecutive years. We are proud of this recognition of our commitment to being a green city.
