Parks Master Plan Follow-up The South Bend Parks & Recreation Department has scheduled a series of meetings to follow-up on its 5 year Master Plan revision. The dates and locations are as follows: February 3 at Howard Park Senior Center,4th District February 7 at Pinhook Pavilion, 1st District February 8 at O'Brien Recreation Center, 5th District February 9 at Rum Village Nature Center, 6th District February 15 at Potawatomi Zoo Education Center, 3rd District February 16 at Martin Luther King Recreation Center, 2nd District.
