Luecke, Mayor RELEASE FROM: FOR RELEASE: OFFICE OF MAYOR LUECKE THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2005 Sign Up Now for Neuter Scooter South Bend Animal Control is pleased to partner with Pet Refuge to welcome Neuter Scooter back to the community on Tuesday, February 8, 2005. Cat owners are encouraged to sign up now for the low-cost spay/neuter service and 4-in-1 shot (including rabies) for just $40 in advance or $50 on the day of the appointment. Pre-registration is required for Neuter Scooter and spaces fill quickly- PRE-REGISTRATION & PAYMENT OPTIONS -Register and pay online at www.neuterscooter.com($40) -Register online and pay (CASH ONLY) on the day of surgery at the Neuter Scooter site ($50) -Call 1-866-MOBLVET (662-5838)to register and pay$40 in advance or$50 on the day of surgery Cats must be over 6 weeks of age to be spayed or neutered. Cats must be 3 months of age to be eligible for the rabies shot. The location of the clinic and drop-off time will be given after an appointment is made. Please bring cats to their appointment in a carrier with two clean towels.
