Luecke, Mayor RELEASE FROM:FOR RELEASE: Office of the Mayor Thursday, November 10, 2005 SOUTH BEND LOOSE LEAF PROGRAM UPDATE City of South Bend crews continue their work to pick up loose leaves. We encourage all residents to take advantage of this weekend’s nice weather to rake their leaves to the curb. Crews are working the Veteran’s Day holiday in order stay on schedule and pick up as many leaves as possible.
