Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met at
the Indiana University School of Medicine at Notre Dame, 1234 Notre Dame Avenue,
South Bend, Indiana 46601 on Monday, February 7, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was
called to order by President Derek Dieter and the Invocation and Pledge to the Flag were
given.

SPECIAL BUSINESS
A. MAYOR'S ANNUAL ADDRESS TO THE CITY COUNCIL, PURSUANT
TO SECTION 2-3.1 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE
From 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., Mayor Stephen J. Luecke presented to the Council the
annual State of the City Address. A written copy of the Mayor's address is available in
the City Clerk's Office.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, President Dieter adjourned
the meeting at 7:16 p.m.
