RESOLUTION NO. 2108
I A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF
REAL PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission ["Commission"], in furtherance of the Airport Economic Development Area
Development Plan, to acquire unencumbered fee title to the real properties identified on
Attachment "A" hereto ["Parcels"], which Parcels are located in the Airport Economic
Development Area in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission as follows:
1. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to cause a notice and final offer in
writing to be made to the owners identified on Attachment "A" at the respective
concurred-on price, which final offer shall include an invitation to discuss the acquisition
of the Owners' property with the Department of Redevelopment within thirty days of
mailing..
Adopted at the regularly scheduled meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held
on October 22, 2004, at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend,
Indiana 46601.
