The grade on alley east of St. Joseph Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Wayne
Street was approved by the Boar.
'The Board approved of purchasing a steel fining cabinet for the office of
the Chief of Detectives in the City Hall. Same -to cost about $63.00

The copy o f the heating contract for the St.. Joseph Hest ing Company
presented to the Board on ray ath.,1915 by Mr. Yeagley, was discussed by the Board.. No
action taken. Same referred to Mr. Seebirt,City. -Attorney.
Resignation of City Engineer William S. Moore w,. s accepted by the Board.
Fred W .,Anderson, now Essistant City Engineer was appointed as City
�Ciil Engineer to begin duties Ms,y 15th. 21915.
William E. Graven Assistant City Engineer at salary of $1600.00 per
.year to start May 15th.,1915.
