REPORT OF APPRAISERS.
City of South Bend, Indiana,
Fred W. Keller, Mayor of said City
and Ernest M. Morris,Arthur H.RRiae and.
John B. Bieber, the Board of Public
Works of said City.
The undersigned, appointed as appraisers in the above entitled matter,
beg leave to report to this Honorable Court that the assessment comp&ained of by ;
the plaintiffs in the complaint herein aearuing by reason of the construction of the
seder described in said complaint and popularly knoum as the Bowman Creek sewer is em
cessive; and hereby further report that said real estate will be benefitted by
reason of the construction of said sewer in the seal of Thirteen Thousand. Five
hundred ($l3,500.00)Dollars, and hereby assess the benefits aceruing to said land
in the said sum of Thirteen Thousand Five hundred ($1-,A,500.00)Dollars.
The undersigned further repo!-t that concurrently with the filing
of this report in tj is court 1.hey have filed a duplicate eopy hereof with the Board
of Public Works of the City of South Bend, as reQuired by law.
