Petition received from the property. ;owners on Rogers and Httey Street for J a Street li ht, the same having b en, referred From the Common Council. The same was read and placed on file. Com munication®received from the Common Council, recommending the talz_en up. of the Michigan Street trunk sewer and pavement. The same was deferred until evening set -.Sion at 7:45 P.M. Communication received regarding refreshment stand in Howard Park, the same was referred to the Park Board. _ Communication received from Remington Typewriter Company, the same was Jread and pleced on file. Communication received prom the Van Dori, Iron Works Company, the same J was read and placed on file. Contractors bond for the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars signed by Michael Tomas jewski as prinicpa..l and John F. Wesolowski and. Chas. V. .Korpal as J sureties was approved by the Board. The follovu ng letter ordering lights placed was approved by the Board. Indiana & Michigan Electric Company, South Bend, Indiana. The City Cemetery Sexton filed a list of buildings in Cemetery. The matter of building; Michigan Street Trunk sewer and laying of pavement 'this year was discussed by the Board, and it = s decided to defer decision on the same until nTuesday AbRuary 16th. ,1915 at 7:45 P.M. In regard to the hearng on the p veten.t on Division Street from Michigan JStreet to St. Joseph Street, all action was deferred on the sane: until Tuesday February 23rd.1915 at 7:45 P.M. President.
