10:00 A.M. All members present.
Mayor F. W. Keller appeared before the Board and the matter of this Board.

Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published on
the 20th. day of February 1915 and on the 27th. day of February1915 in the South Bend
Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will f2jve a hearing on the amount of such
assessments at its office in the City Ha 1 on the 30th. day of March, _915 at : f,:{_;P, .
Resolved further, that the entire ;work under the above contracts be
accepted aid approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolu-

Calvert Street from Bowman Creek Trunk sewer to Witwer Avenue, under Improvement
Resolution No. 330. In the City of South E(*-A .,Ind .ana.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published on
the 20th. day of February 1915 and on the 27th. day of February 1915 in the South B(.nd
Daily Times, stating that this Board will :;ive a: hearing on the -,.mount of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 30th. day of March,1915 at 7:45P.M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be

Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present.
L By unanimous con6ent the Board decided to discontinue the insurance on the
✓Public Scale House.
The Board ordered the Clerk to advertise the L4mber supply -or the Street
Department for the ensuing year on the 8th. day of February,1915 and on the 20th. day of
/February 1915 bids to be received March 2rid.1915 at 10:00 A.M.
Mr. Ken.neky of the Indiana & ilichigan Electric Company met with the Board and
/the plans for the adjustment of lights and installing of incandescent lights in the Southern
section of the City was discussed.
By unamimous consent the Board decided that the damages on the Widening of
Terrace Avenue to Thomas Williams be placed at �115.00, Mr. W. S. Moore City Engineer
was instructed to prepare the assessment roll of benefits and damages.
