Permission was granted the Central Union Telephone -Company to place r/ a pole on north side of alley east of KQmball Ave ald north of Ewing Ave. On recom— mendation of the Pole and wire inspector. Mr. W. G. Crabill Attorney for the Grand Trunk Western Ry. Company, was present before the Board. and the matter of paving Division Street from St. Joseph St. to Michigan Street was discussed. City Engineer Wm.,S. Moore had up the matter of making assessments for c/ the Bowman Creek Trunk sewer. President. 560.. Tuesday January 5th.,1915. Board met in special session at 5:00 P.M. All members present- . The matter of making assessments on the BolArnan Creek -Trunk sewer was disoussed,by the Board. 9 Tuesday January 5th.1915. President . Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Mr. S. L. Sheets, of the Stewart -Sheets Co. Contractors on the Boviman Creev Trunk se!nTer was present before the Board and the Bowman Creek Trunk sewer was discussed . The Board decided to discontinue the use of the old court house f Clock, ano ordered the Clerk to notify Mr. Frank C. Toepp of the same. The Board ordered the Clerk to notify the Central Union Telephone J Company to remove Bell telephone No. 712 now located in the Captain of Police room in the City Hall. The reason for the same is that this telephone is seldom used. A contract was received from the OliverHotel Company asking for the right to enter into and upon - certain streets, alleys, bridges and public places of said City and therein to construct, lay, operate and maintain pipes, mains, to- gether with all necessary branches and cut-offs, man -holes, appliances, appurtenances and other utitlities for the purpose of furnishing and conveying steam for heating and other purposes, from the Olive Hotel Compa -ty's properties to the power house of the Indiana &Michigan Electric Company. The same was read by the Board and placed on file. The Board approved of a bill for one Snaw Walker cabi_zet file for J the sum of twenty five ($25.00) Dollars from L. S. Kent and placed in the office of th The Board of Public Works. President.
