Board met in regular session at 7:45 P14 All members present.
Ina°re.gard to the hearing on Division Street Pavement From St. Joseph
J Street to Michigan Street, under ImprovEment Resolution No. 361. The Board decided
to defer all action on same until Tuesday January 12th.,1915. at 7:45 P.M.
The fallowing communication was re-ceiued and placed on file.

We hereby confirm our telegram to you to -day, reading as follows:-
As surety on bond for Stewart -Sheets and Company for the construction
of Bowman Creek Sewer, we consent and request that you allow estimate to the con-
tractors at this timTR for Twenty-five Hundred Dollars. We are confirming this by
letter."

Mr. Layton, Street Commissioner reported that the man on snow route

vans approved by the Board.
By unanimous consent of the Board, the Salary of the Cemetery Sexton
Mr. ' George M. Urey, was made $1,000.00
