Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present.
In regard to the matter of a deferred hearing on the assessments of
benefits and awards of damages for the .Opening of Calvert Street from Michigan Street to
Main Street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 30, the Board unanimously decided to
rescind all proceedings for the opening of above mentioned Street.
In regard to the deferred hearing on assessment.roll for the Vacation
of alley bordering on lots 10,11,4 and So.112 lot 3 in Stover and Witwerls addition,
the Board unanimously decided to rescind all action on the same.
Mr. C. Jordon, Contractors on the Grand,Trunk RailWsyy bridge over St.
Peter Street, appeared before the Board and solicited the privilege of closing So. St.
✓ Peter Street where bridge is to be constructed for a period of Sixty (60) days. The same
was allowed by the Board.
Remonstrance received and placed on file against the opening of
/Calvert Street.
`/ Board ordered certified checks released of Loren VanderKarr on contract
for asphalt repair work in the City.
It was decided by the Board that the Contractors on'Broadway Pipe
sewer and on Mishawaka Trunk sewer be notified to replace all crosswalks removed by then
in the construction of the sewer.
