Board met in special session at ll:30 A.M. All members present.
In the matter of the deferred hearing on assessment roll for curb and walk
o n Wilber. Street from Longley Avenue to Michigan Avenue, under Improvement Resolution
No. 316. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
No further remonstrance was heard and the Board therefore^ find that the pro—
perty assessed in said roll filed September 15th.,1914. is benefitted in the amount of
assessments as shown on said rolls, and A Board further find that the assessment roll filed
September 15th.11914 and the final estimate allowed September 15th._,1914 should be and
the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
The Board ordered that one half dozen of brooms be purcha#sed for the City
igall Dept., also one half dozen of mops.
