f Communication received from the Malleable Steel Range Company relative to
the building of the Cherry. Street sewer. The same was read and placed'on file. Clerk
instructed to answer same.
Communication from L. J. Montgomery Supt. of Public -Schools relative to
iraking connections with the Studebaker School and the Dubail Avenue pipe sewer. The
same was read and the Clerk ws instructed to Notify Mr. Montgomery that unt i 1 the
Large Bomman Creek Trunk sewer was completed and accepted by the City, it would be
impossibale to grant him permission to make the above connection, which time will be.
within the next 60 days.
