Board net in special session -at 4:30 P.I. All members present.
J The Board had the matter of letting a contract for additional lights in the
City under discussion. Mr. Fred L. Dennis, of the Indiana & Michigan Elee Company
being present, M
Pole and wire inspector re orted on the etit ion for the removal of billboard
at South Bend Avenue and fit. Peter treet. Repor ed that the same -was not put up in
compliance with the Ordinance. The Board ordered that the South Billposting Cor-,pany
be notified to remove said billboard within ten (10 ) days unless they.complied *ith
Ordinance.
