Wednesday September 2nd..1914.
Board met in sliecial session at 5:00 P.M. All members present.
f Mr. F. A. Bryan, President of the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company also
Mr. Fred Dennis of the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company were present before the
Board, for the purpose of figuring on lighting shaded streets and outlaying districts
Mr. Bryan agreed to submit a proposition on prices of lights to be used in such loc-
alities with in the next dew days for the BoardIs consideration.
Meeting adjourned at 6: 30 p. M.
