Board met in special session at 4:30 P.M. Mr. John B. Weber absent.
A written statement specifyigg all streets, together with blue prints,
profiles and specifications of the electric subway to be installed by the Indiana &
Michigan Electric Company of South Bend, Indiana in accordance with Ordinances Nos.
1044 and 1680, was referred to the Board by the Common Council for their approval.
The following resolution was adopted.
RESOLUTION.
TO THE HONORABLE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA.
/ Be It Resolved, by the Board.of Public Works, that the blue prints and
✓ plans of underground wiring of the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company hereto attached
and.made a part hereof be, in all ways approved and accepted with tDis provision, that
the Board of Public Works shall have general supervision over said plans, and may make
such changes from time to time from plans and blue prints hereto attached as they may
deem advisable.
